related to PR moveit#772 this removes broken links
- 18.04 is soon EOL ( April 30, 2023 ) - Ruby 2.7 on 18.04 is already EOL ( March 31, 2023 ) This is to fix the CI error testing the branch which removes other EOL distros from the dropdown menu.
