CI still expected to fail due to Kinovarobotics/ros2_kortex#294 and PickNikRobotics/ros2_robotiq_gripper#90 btw Will need an admin override |

I think we need someone with admin privileges to merge past the CI failures... that, or fix the upstream Robotiq/Kinova packages. Anyways, this PR will fix the docs build but not the CI. |

Description
TRAC-IK is now available from binaries. Also, fixes dead links because the branch name was changed.
I also went ahead and fixed some dead links in the Isaac Sim guide because why not.
