04: Import an image

Click on Import tab

import a single image

Select type of object as image

Select Dimension as "0D (eg. image)"

Type in an Object name (eg. MyImage)

Click on Choose files button

Click on Load button to choose an image

Select an image

Click Open

Get back to Choose files window and the image you select will show up under the Load button

Since we only have one image, no filtering is needed.

Click Ok

You will get back to the workplace window

Click on “Deal files!” button in the bottom right

The name of the image that you import will show up under Cell 0.0

Click on Import button

Now you can see a new Image object called MyImage on the left which is the image you have just imported.
