Removes the standalone
spot-lazy-traitscommand and its supporting classes (TraitSpotter,TraitFilesFinder, trait value objects, tests). The functionality moves to a native, configurable PHPStan rule
PreferInlineTraitRulein symplify/phpstan-rules (symplify/phpstan-rules#330). The rule runs in the existing PHPStan pass and resolves real trait FQNs instead of the previous fuzzy short-name matching.README updated - section removed and later sections renumbered.
