We pinned python-docs-theme in February last year (#115351) for Python 3.8 and 3.9. I propose doing the same for Python 3.10 and 3.11. This would simplify maintenence of p-d-t, as we can reduce our support for Sphinx versions from$3.4 \le x \le 8.1$ to just Sphinx 8.1, at the extreme.
