Fixed i18n Sync: Update Settings and SubmitSaveAllSettings Keys Across Locale Files #3510

Fixes #3510

Changes:
I have now updated all the locale files to use the new keys and translations. Here's a summary of the changes made:
Replaced "SubmitSaveAllSettings" with "SaveAccountDetails" in all locale files
Updated "Settings" to "My Account" (or its translation) in the AccountView section of all locale files
The translations are now consistent across all languages and match the English version. The UI should now display the correct text in all supported languages.

I have verified that this pull request:

• has no linting errors (npm run lint)
• has no test errors (npm run test)
• is from a branch that is up to date with the develop branch.
• is descriptively named and links to an issue number, i.e. Fixes #123
