Previous Behavior
Tabindex was assigned as part of the disabledChanged callback.
New Behavior
This change updates button and switch to set tabindex in an isolated method which can be called outside of disabledChanged. As part of this PR, the auto-assignment of
disabled=falsehas been removed to improve lifecycle events within DSD scenarios.Related Issue(s)
