in v1.1, I have added plotting functions and renamed the central filtering function (previously: filter.dataset) to microfilter, for naming consistency with the package. v1.2 will feature control sequence alignment from a phyloseq refseq slot, if provided, to increase flexibility and enable control sequence alignment for datasets not processed with dada2.
