- Meet with the team
- Get information about the course from members who have taken it before
- Decide communication plan
- Distribute the tasks among team members
- Team members who took the course last year shared insights about the course structure.
- They emphasized the importance of being active on GitHub for grading.
- They highlighted that properly documenting each activity by creating an issue on GitHub is essential.
- They also said that instructor may randomly ask selected groups about their progress, so it is important to be prepared before the class.
- We discussed that having two short meetings (before and after the class) would be more efficient than a single long meeting.
- Proposed meeting days: Wednesday and Friday (not finalized yet).
- We conclude that assigning tasks evenly among team members is crucial.
- Task assignments can be found in Actions section of the page.
