2.6.2 - Another set of bug fixes

* Fixed a bug that caused the Loading... messages to take longer than
intended to remove.
* Fixed a bug that caused the cclist command to fail if you didnt give a
number or a @Mention
* various other fixes related to the use of userIDs as a command
argument.
