http://varnomen.hgvs.org is a CodeSystem but no codes have been defined which is throwing an error within the GitHub checker. This has been added before but has been accidentally removed at some point. I have also removed human-phenotype from the warning list as this is an error not a warning. It has been added to the error list previously
