In the current version, the section about abstracting the buffer creation in the staging buffer chapter gets dropped immediately after, and the subsequent sections explicitly handle stagingBuffer creation code inside the createVertexBuffer function, making it a little bit confusing.
This PR makes it so the buffer creation abstraction gets used right after.
