Config

Universe Guard provide a simple config file, stored in config/universeguard.conf. Inside the config file you can set permissions and the default flag values

permission: The permission a player must have in order to run region commands and bypass region restrictions

bypass: The permission a player must have in order to bypass region restrictions

flags: The default values of flags, used when a region is created but some (or all) flag value is not specified. Are also used on first run with the plugin to create Global Regions.

Permissions can be changed by editing the config file. These permissions are not part of the plugin, they are just a way to communicate with permission plugins (such as Permission-Ex, wich i recommend since is the permission plugin used for testing Universe Guard).
