...and then I remembered that this is open source and I can fix it my own damn self.
Merged in changes between prior head of v4.0.2 and current files in v4.2.0 off the official website. Added a 4.2.0 tag.
I did some basic testing on PHP 7.1.9 - it works for my application with two complex bar graphs.
Closes #19
