Backend engineer, mostly Go. CS grad, 2026.
I spent a year as a Software Engineer Intern on the Backend Platform team at Razorpay (Aug 2025 β June 2026) β which is why this profile looks quiet for that stretch. Almost everything I shipped in that period lives in private repos.
Watchtower β audit & observability platform Redesigned Razorpay's internal audit platform with high-throughput HTTP and Kafka ingestion pipelines, centralizing infrastructure events across deployments, dynamic configs, WAF policies, and A/B rollouts.
MCP server for on-call engineers Built an MCP server exposing 10+ operational tools backed by OpenAI APIs, letting on-call engineers query production audit logs in natural language. Cut change-triage from ~25β30 minutes of manual frontend filtering down to 2β3 minutes per investigation.
23M+ production config migration Moved 23M+ configurations (12M live, 11M test) off a legacy PHP monolith into microservice-owned datastores β Trino-based ETL, progressive read/write cutover, Grafana rollout dashboards. Zero data loss.
Recurring payments (subscriptions) Engineered mandate/token reconciliation workflows with scheduler-driven validation and backward-compatible fallbacks, exposed 11 internal Basic Auth routes to the admin dashboard through the Edge/Kong Terraform layer with AuthZ enforcement, and took automated integration test coverage from 0 β 65 tests wired into CI.
Developer experience Led adoption of Kubernetes DevStack environments and Helm charts, reducing local setup friction across multiple engineering teams.
Before that β Full Stack Intern at StackGuard (May β July 2025): Go + PostgreSQL microservices with query tuning, Kafka event-driven inter-service communication using goroutines and channels, a GitHub App with OAuth and scoped permissions, and React dashboards with Zustand.
Open to backend / platform engineering roles β Go especially.
