Play Semantle on IRC (or on the command line)

This repository provides 4 parts:

• data: explanations about how to build the precious data files required to play Semantle
• cli: the semantle CLI tool, ideal to play Semantle with no access to the Internet
• irc: the Semantle plugin for the Limnoria IRC bot
• web: extra resources to expose semantle top over HTTP(S)
