Prepare the compiler version for the compatible features and fixes since 2.0.4, including opt-in Lua hot reload and the Jass optimizer fix in #1586.
Includes the merged callback-identity and initialization fixes from #1588. The release tag will be created on master after current-head CI and Codex clearance. The maintainer explicitly approved shipping without the outstanding in-game probe: release notes keep hot reload out of the Highlights, call it experimental and opt-in, and state its migration limits and the absence of final engine validation. The versioned release workflow validates and packages all four platforms before publication.
Validation on Windows: all six release-history tests passed; development/exact-release/post-release metadata checks passed;
