Move JetpackStatsWidgets to Targets/

JetpackStatsWidgets is the first experimental target that's moved from the WordPress/ kitchen sink to a dedicated Targets/JetpackStatsWidgets folder where everything in the folder only belongs to the given target.

The target sources are now also included using a synchronized folder.
