Update references thanks to new org

This pull request includes several changes to update ownership and references from "Astrolicious" to "StudioCMS," as well as removing some issue and pull request templates.

Ownership and References Update:

• .github/CODEOWNERS: Updated ownership to @withstudiocms/exalted for various directories and files.
• LICENSE: Updated copyright holder from "Astrolicious" to "StudioCMS."
• README.md: Updated GitHub repository and Discord server links from "astrolicious" to "withstudiocms." [1] [2] [3]
• www/web/README.md: Replaced content with a note that the project has moved to a new repository.

Template Removal:

• .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug_report.md: Removed the bug report issue template.
• .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/feature_reqest.md: Removed the feature request issue template.
• .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/new_chore.md: Removed the new chore issue template.
• .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md: Removed the pull request template.

Funding Information Removal:

• .github/FUNDING.yml: Removed GitHub funding information.
