If you're running into larger problems with the launcher, games are launching, freezing etc, please find the output_log.txt file under %HOMEPATH%/AppData/LocalLow/Winnitron/WinnitronLauncher!/output_log.txt and email it to [email protected].
Please be sure to send the file right after the error has occurred, or replicate the error and send it as the output_log.txt file gets overwritten when the launcher restarts.
