Changes:

Update styling to match figma, or agent desktop when applicable
Added dropdown for ANI Entry selection support (Waiting on SDK changes to fully make this change)
Moved sample app context boxes to sample app directory

DRAFT STATE:

Waiting on Outdial ANI Entries List to be added to the cc store to replace placeholder data in dropdown
Need to update callback to use Outdial ANI as call source once above task is complete
