Failing on the second call onwards from an Agent

I've been trying to make two calls inside the same chat on watsonx.orchestrate. Just work properly at the first call, and if I try to repeat the same message, then return a 422 HTTP response error. Find attached an example of this error:

@richardesp , thanks for reporting the issue. we just update our example. can you try to follow the agent builder example to re-deploy your agent?
