Drops the runtime-gateway-era operator-gateway.{excalidraw,webp} from
docs/images/ and adds k8s-traffic-flow.{excalidraw,webp} in the
operator-manual overview Architecture section. The new diagram traces
an HTTP request from the internet through ingress, Service, kube-proxy,
EndpointSlice, host pod, and finally the Wasm component, with the
EndpointSlice highlighted as operator-managed and the K8s/wasmCloud
boundary called out underneath.
