Add api examples to automation docs

Description

This PR addresses DOCS-1747 by adding comprehensive API examples for creating and managing Slack and Webhook automations. The examples cover both Registry and Project scopes, demonstrating common use cases, management operations, and advanced patterns.

A Python notebook (wandb_automations_api_examples.ipynb) has also been created to provide a runnable demonstration of these API examples, aiding in testing and potential future inclusion in wandb/examples.

Testing

• Local build succeeds without errors or broken internal links (hugo server)
• PR tests succeed
• The Lychee Github action run against the PR branch reports no broken links
• The wandb_automations_api_examples.ipynb notebook runs successfully and demonstrates the API functionality.
