Spends a very long time here that could frustrate participants - any way to speed up this step? If not, might just warn participants:

Info: Working in directory /home/rstudio/vignettes
Info: Writing image file hsa05130.kpath.png

yep, could be modified to:

eaBrowse(ora.res, nr.show = 3)

to eg just show the top 3 pathways for demonstration purposes.
