Change Summary

Improved the following items in the zone-based firewall documentation:

  • Explain that zones and rule-sets must be defined before assigning rule-sets to zones
  • Clarify the capabilities around member interfaces and local zones
  • Explain when a zone default action applies
  • Add documentation of the default-log setting
  • Explain how to define a rule-set, and link to relevant docs section for more details
  • Standardise on a rule-set naming syntax for the examples
