Vue components that render Bootstrap 6 markup and leave the stylesheet to the app. Vuetify0 supplies open, close, and keyboard behavior. The package ships no CSS. Includes the systems docs, the sandbox frame rules for menus and popovers, and a @vuetify/v0 palette export at @vuetify/v0/palettes/bootstrap.
Context providers stay in the file that calls them. The stylesheet URLs and loadFixture are only used in their own modules.
createBootstrapPlugin sets data-bs-theme from the app theme. A passed color writes the matching --bs-* variable. Components still render without the plugin, and the package still ships no CSS.
Usage examples follow the Bootstrap 6 pages, and the sandbox clip tracks an opening menu instead of looping. Dialog keyboard and non-modal show, plus drawer scroll and swipe dismiss, match the Bootstrap options.

@vuetify/v0/palettes/bootstrapexports the pinned color ramps.@paper/bootstrapis still0.0.0and is not in a changeset, so this does not publish it. The palette export has no@vuetify/v0changeset yet.
