Adding the texinfo hostmakedependency may be unnecessary, but I didn't get too intimate with it.

Why do you do it then, the previous version contained the info files already.

I included it originally because the makefile whined about it's absence and /usr/share/info/libtasn1.info was missing from the libtasn1-devel subpkg, but with a little closer inspection I've written a better patch to be forced here in a bit.

Given that: the texinfo hostmakedependency seems to be needed to deal with some strangeness with the libtasn1.info file, the first round of checks all passed, and this 3 from this current round is only failing because of problems with downloading the file (on 3/7, I chock it to happenstance). I am under the impression that this is now permissible for merging, please advise if I am mistaken.
