- Added optional authority url for authorize method incase the user wants to use a different url for a different case

Holding off the PR until I figure out the solution for this error - invalid_grant: AADB2C90088: The provided grant has not been issued for this endpoint. Actual Value : ________ and Expected Value : ________. @vmurin help here, not sure where is it taking the policy for the actual value from |
