What does this PR do?:

• Adds a data_model package with new high-level data class content.
• Adds a Result class for post-processing methodology.
• Adds a SpatialSimulation class which handles the parameterization and running of spatial simulations (fv solver)
• Adds a SpatialModel class that is used to edit and effectively extend the libsbml.Model class.
