I'd simplify it to just add a few lines in the reset_staking.py only. Basically just the following:

  1. get current staking program from QuickstartConfig
  2. update the local_config (this already happens)
  3. check can_unstake. If True ask yes_or_no whether the user wants to unstake, if answered yes then call the unstake function
