when I download the macOS 27 dev beta ipsw then import it to UTM then I setup it when I come to the installation I think in the middle or in the start it says failed to something something so can you fix this issue I want to test the new major update without upgrading my Mac and I getup all my data is gone so can you fix it pls?
The best workaround is probably creating a macOS 15 or macOS 26 VM in UTM, and then using Software Update inside the VM to update to 27 beta. You need to log in with your Apple ID inside your VM to do that (and that Apple ID has to be enrolled in the developer program to be able to select the beta update channel).
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm but my account is child account for some reason and there is a family how I can fix that
Well something must be set up in your Apple Account for it to work like that, assuming that you use your regular one. You might want to look at your birthday if it is set up correctly (see https://support.apple.com/en-us/102473) and you should check out family sharing settings at https://support.apple.com/en-us/102652.
Or you can just ignore all that and create a whole-new Apple account and use it exclusively in the VM.
