Handles an internal work item (HQ link) to support alerting the user with details of referenced item being removed from the recycle bin. // @madsrasmussen

Description

This PR adds management API endpoints and the upstream service and repository methods to retrieve a list of referenced item from the items in the recycle bin.

Testing

• Create a document and a media item
• Create a second document with a content and media picker, where you select the other items
• Delete the referenced items such that they are in the recycle bin
• Query the new endpoints and verify the response.
