Do you mean to delete all the package versions before and just keep the latest package version?

No the problem is that your fork of the typst/packages repository is outdated, and in the FIles changed tab of this PR the other versions from 0.3.0 are also listed, despite this PR only really adding 0.3.7. You might have to sync your fork first.
