Resolves #313 and fixes #314.
Description of Changes:
--dcfflag totwitch token, allowing users to activate Device Code Flow for their User Access Token authenticationtwitch token -uis used on a Client ID that is set to "Public" Client Type. This is detected by authorization code flow failing with HTTP 400.Checklist
