Gah - I've been struggling to update this all day. I think that the default R version in ubuntu 24.04 (R 4.3.3) defaults to a I've therefore updated the R install to install |
To get around "'x' must be an array of at least two dimensions" - probably a numpy 2.0 + older reticulate error
