Spike smr matlab reader.

I took the functions from sigTOOL package written by Malcom Lidierth(http://sigtool.sourceforge.net/sigtool.html). I modified the functions to return a structure instead of writing to a file. I also removed the progress bar.

Use:
add smrReader folder to your path (i.e. addpath('smrReader');)
use the ImportSMR function to read your data (i.e. data =ImportSMR([dataPath fileName]););
readSMR.m contains an  example (you'll have to provide your own .smr -file...
