Rename to `scversedoc` and move to scverse

Hey,

as once discussed, I would be happy if we could have a more coherent docs experience across all of our scverse core packages.

I was wondering whether you'd be open to

1. Renaming it to scversedoc to make it ready for it's potential future mission
2. Move it over

definitely! I think it would need some cleanup:

• definition_list_typed_field could benefit from a better name and maybe furo support
• elegant_typehints had much of what made it “elegant” upstreamed, so apart from adding types to tuple return values, it’s mostly just qualname_overrides and some other ways to quickly get typehint documenting patches deployed across our packages
• the theme needs to be investigated: I think it mainly adds accent_color support and integration betwen the book theme and sphinx-readthedocs-search
• autosummary_generate_imported is completely superfluous

the only parts that can probably stay exactly what they are are

• rtd_github_links and
• release_notes
