Check lint in CI to avoid surprises from https://android.googlesource.com/platform/frameworks/support/%2B/9a54ac5dd4c7505598d9bfb6c5f20fb4145a95b0 earlier (#882 was needed to fix unstable build which uncovered the problem after AGP updates)
