Motivation:

The goal of this change is to ensure that the links for the Swift VS Code extension are present in the documentation section and up-to-date on the getting started page.

Modifications:

This change adds the following

  • Add a link to the Swift extension getting started page in the documentation section
  • Update the getting started documentation with links to the official documentation, forums and extension github pages
  • Update screenshot of the Swift extension in VS Code Marketplace
  • Remove references to the SSWG since the extension is no longer maintained by the working group

Result:

The following pages will be updated with the new links:
https://www.swift.org/documentation/
https://www.swift.org/documentation/articles/getting-started-with-vscode-swift.html

- Add a link to the getting started page in the documentation section
- Update the getting started documentation with links to the official
documentation, forums and extension github pages
- Update screenshot of the Swift extension in VS Code Marketplace

@rbenegal See what you think about my proposed changes - I think they make the article a bit better while keeping what you're after.
