Update the Laravel on Fly.io Quick start

Summary of changes

1. Update the Launch Section--which prev took into account the old launch steps where you can still stop the automatic deployment
   • Remove the mention of "When asked if you want to deploy now, say No."
   • Mention the Summary of default configuration, including extensions that might incur charges
   • Add link to contents of files generated for a Laravel project

Notes

The current https://fly.io/docs/laravel/ page is outdated mainly due to the launch section following the previous behavior of fly launch where you can stop the automatic deployment. So majority of the changes in this PR addresses that so that the flow of the guide can follow the current launch steps
