STORAGE_UPDATEDauth event, per auth-js PR supabase/auth-js#986, to resolve an edge case issue. The auth-js PR is pending, so DO NOT MERGE this PR until that PR is merged or if the auth team has decided to move forward with this.Additional context
Helps fix supabase/auth-js#911 for ssr users.
