Welcome to the project-template wiki! For these two weeks, we need to translate the idea of your product to a product demo and a solution as well.

1.Related docs.

To formulate a solution of your product, some docs needs to be done, which includes but not limited to:

• Soft Requirements Specification. Project vision and scope.
• Soft Design Specification. Planned structure for your prototype.
• Iteration_1. Plan for the features to be implemented in the first development iteration. If you plan to do more than one iteration, create a plan for each iteration.
• Test Plan. Description of how you will test that your prototype achieves its goals.

2. Project demo.

As a part of solution, Project prototype is indispensable, meanwhile we strongly suggest your team to implement some core functions which is more persuasive from the technical point of view and it will help us to walk through the whole software development processes as well.

3. Team & Roles

Considering the tight schedule, please build up a efficient team first(Team and Roles).

4. Project evaluation

• Evaluation will be based on your participation in teamwork and the quality of your daily work.
• Finally, a presentation will be delivered on next Friday(Jul 12th) to share topics related to your presentation(10%),project demo(30%), technical solutions(30%),management and teamwork(10%),documentation(20%) etc.For detailed information,please refer to Project-Rubric-Scoring-Criteria.
