0.1c: Little fix

Fixed: buttons were not updated when manually changing the savefile's game type.
Also, some spelling.

The file includes now a collection of ect and ecb files, thanks to BlackShark. Also, a little update to the readmes in the package, which hopefully will make things a little less confusing.
