oxview

OxView executables for Windows, Debian and Red Hat Linux.

Once installed, they can be run from the command line with

> oxview configuration topology [overlay]
> oxview file.mgl
> oxview file.pdb

Patchy particle files are supported in both CPU and GPU format.
To load the patchy particle configuration additionally to the conf and dat one needs
at least one file where the name includes "particles" or "matrix".

• GPU (top has to have LORO in name):

> oxview LORO.interaction_matrix.txt LORO.lorenzo.topology.top configuration 

• CPU:

> oxview.exe topology  CRYSTAL.particles.txt  configuration
