xinput-togglecan be used to enable, disable or toggle devices such as the mouse, touchpad, etc...The motivation to write this module was to disable my laptop touchpad which accidentally gets engaged while typing. There was no straightforward way to do so without a script.
Hopefully this module makes it convenient to toggle the touchpad and other devices. It uses xinput which is part of the X.org suite of tools.
