3.Z Again?
Technically this is an update, but it doesn't add any new features or even fix bugs, it's more of a stylistic update. The big thing is that this technically removes the blocker on entering cKeys and tKeys for people using Virtualization or Wine, but since those aren't native Windows you'll probably run into a bunch of issues.

- Added in checks to determine if the software is being virtualized/emulated so the user doesn't need to manually swap out the base files by @ZestyTS

What's Changed
I wasn't satisfied with the version that I pushed out a year ago, and I randomly felt inspired to make this better. I don't plan on making any more releases, to UWUVCI version 3, so keep that in mind. Anyway, here are some general notes
- Installer will ask user where they want to install UWUVCI
- Installer's default directory will be in the user's Documents folder
- WAD works again
- Downloading Base shows an ETA
- Downloading Base's progress bar reflects the ETA
- Update works (only useful if someone takes over the project)
- ImageCreator will properly swap to Japanese text if Japanese text is used
- Better error handling, will explain more issues to user
