Minimal fixes for #284
This is a minimal fix that conflicts with #292 that proposes to revamp the UI for these social validation heroes. My feeling is that #292 could still need a bit of QA and design validation, so this PR could be merged now and then #292 reviewed by @domyen or @MichaelArestad.
