Hello, I have installed a precompiled binary of foldseek (https://dev.mmseqs.com/foldseek/foldseek-linux-avx2.tar.gz) to prepare the BFMD database. After running some examples using the command foldseek easy-multimersearch 8tim.pdb.gz bfmddb result tmp, the results are worse than using the webserver for the same protein. The webserver search of 8tim into the BFMD retrieves complexes that have TPI1. However, the local search I have done into the BFMD does not retrieve TPI1, I cannot find the Uniprot ID for P60174 in my results.
