#13512 (currently unmerged) updates the description of the
update:modelValueevent in theDateRangePickerstory.However, it doesn't update the prop description or update descriptions for the
DatePickercomponent. This PR does that and links out to Reka's date guide (which I think is slightly more helpful than Adobe's docs).
